TradeChangers (“we”, “us”, “our”) is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this Privacy Policy.

• Profile Data: Display name, bio, avatar, social links, trading experience
• Trading Data: MetaAPI account IDs (no passwords stored), broker details, trade executions, FTMO configurations
• Subscription Data: Product purchases, payment status, Stripe customer ID
• Transaction Data: Purchase history, referral rewards
• Communication Data: Support tickets, forum posts, email correspondence
• Technical Data: IP address, cookie preferences, browser type
• Usage Data: Alert preferences, backtest configurations, signal subscriptions

We do not store:

• Full credit card numbers (handled by Stripe)
• Trading account passwords (encrypted by MetaAPI)
• Your trading capital or broker account funds

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to:

We retain personal data only as long as necessary:

• Transaction records: 7 years (tax and legal compliance)
• Trading configurations: While account is active
• Support tickets: 2 years after resolution
• Forum content: Until you delete or request removal
• Cookie consent: 1 year from last update
• System logs: 90 days for security purposes

After account deletion, we retain minimal data required by law (transaction records for tax purposes).
